Erin took care of my daughter. So patient and kind!

Saw Erin again and she did a great job fixing a previous cut. Such a great personality and patience.
Erin is such an amazing person!
I experienced some issues with Ulta's online appointment system and ended up talking to someone on the phone to correct the mistakes. There ended up being one last mistake - my appointment time came through as 415 instead of 445. I didn't get off work until 430. Erin had waited for me, decided to take a walk in customer at 430 and apologised for me having to wait - even when she thought I was late.
Erin really listened to what I had to say about my difficult hair issues and with my allergic reaction to products. She listened to what I needed in a hair cut as a preschool teacher and gave me a cut that was simple to take care of but still looked professional.
Erin was very personable and I was actually sorry to end our conversation when my cut was complete!
