This is my 3rd pregnancy, and I have had a ton of ultrasounds. I came here and had Shawn do my ultrasound, and I am telling you what a life changing experience this was. Shawn is hands down the best he is so very patient and extremely knowledgeable. He talks you through everything. Every step of the way, he explains what is going on and what you are looking at. I wish I would have known about him with my first pregnancy, but I am so thankful he has been the one handling this pregnancy. All the other staff is super nice, but I very highly recommend requesting Shawn to do your ultrasounds.

I grappled with sharing this review, as i have had great experiences with this facility until today. First off, Dr. Garcia is greatshe is down to earth, knowledgeable, and takes her time answering your concerns. The real star of the show here is their amazing sonographer Shawn. As someone battling infertility for nearly 6 years, I have had A LOT of ultrasounds. Shawn goes above and beyond with his skill and his bedside manner. I have never had such an amazing sonographer as him and i always left his appts at peace and with a feeling of calmness. Things took a turn when i went for my fetal echocardiogram today. The appt was booked with Marie, when told appt would be with Shawn. She was still in trainingunsettling when this was supposed to be the most important appointment for us (ivf). My name spelled wrong and there was a discrepancy in my listed due date. Okay, no worries, everyones gotta start somewhere. However, it was one of the most impersonable ultrasounds i have ever had. She didnt talk darn near the whole time (unsettling). Never pointed out anything we were looking at (shawn always walked us through what was on screen, so even if he wasnt allowed to say things were good or bad, we had a sense of normalcy in what we were looking at). Did not measure one of the things we were originally referred to MFM for (a SCH). Left fighting back tears and will be anxious until i see my doctor. All in-all, i would go back for the dr and for ultrasounds with shawn, but will ask not to see the other sonographer again.
