    Dealing with ACR was fine. The sub-contractors were very nice guys, but did not seem very qualified. We were told that they used Youtube videos to figure out how to complete certain projects. This seems more in line with a DIYer, rather than a qualified professional. They cut various corners to get our project done and it shows even to this day. Weve elected to resolve these issues without ACR because, by their contract, we are unable to utilize alternative subcontractors who may be more qualified. We no longer wanted them in our home, and if we are unable to get qualified people, wed rather seek resolution elsewhere. There was also a myriad of contractual issues caused solely by our project manager. He was fired during our project and we only found out because someone left a business card at our home which puzzled us because ACR suggested we move out temporarily. So they were well aware we werent home, but never reached out via telephone as they had before. In essence, they were deliberately avoiding us, or thats what it seemed at least. I had to ask the subcontractors to stop washing their paint brushes in our bathroom sinks. I am still finding chunks of paint in our plumbing. I cannot explain how frustrating this is, and is the reason why several months later I am posting this review. We are currently investigating the extent of the issue. We ended up compromising with the situation and electing to move forward without ACR. The situation was emotionally distressful to begin with, and we were so left in the dark that we never felt any relief until everyone was gone.

    ******PLEASE READ BE4 USING THIS COMPANY********* This company is the worst company I have ever used. It took them 8 months to finally finish the job I was told it was going to take 2 to 3 months to do. The people on the job site were unprofessional and did very poor work & wasted time by having tomistakes they made over & over again or painted 2 to 3 times to get it right advised the owner and he kept trying to make excuses for them untill I showed him pictures and videos of this and still after this he tried to push blame on us his sight manger tried to do short cuts and say we wouldn't notice but know I hv this on video too saying this... They got grout on my classic car that was parked in my driveway and said he was not responsible for damage and took off Penny's of job to try to satisfy us for damage that costs thousands to fix and said the contract we sign has not responsible for damage ... worker made a large hole in wall with a crowbar that to be used on a car not house renovations. They moved a piece of furniture and broke it .. and again owner comes up with excuses.... I wish I could give them negative stars.. Ps hv u looked at your review I'm not the only one that fills like this all negative this yr not a good track record on Google review Services: Flood cleanup, Bathtub replacement, Flooring, Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Sewage cleanup, Painting, Water damage-related mold removal, Drywall repair
