In October 2023 I found this place in Instagram advertising, they had a promo to go train for a free day, so I decided to go. Immediately I arrived, the coach started training me, I stressed that I never exercised and that I am not in good physical condition. At the end of the training I spoke with the owner and he told me that it was $400.00 per month and that the payments were NOT automatic, to renew I had to approve the payments!!! I went the next day, they gave me exactly the same routine as the other girls who had already been training for 4 months or more, when I said that I was at zero, they did not ask me if I had any medical condition (heart or respiratory problem, etc.) which It seemed unprofessional to me. Second day the coach demanded that I be at the same level as those who were already 4+ months old, why could the others and I couldn't? and he told me that if I wasn't going to give it my all, that there was no point in me going, it bothered me a lot because I mean I paid $400.0 for the idiot to tell me that. Ok, on the third day I felt very sore and unmotivated and I quit. Yes, I decided to consider my money lost, the following month I saw that AP fit charged me $400.0 when according to the payments THEY ARE NOT AUTOMATIC, the owner kept my card information and took the money from me without my permission, I blocked my card after going to ask him to return it to me! On top of the fact that I practically gave them the first $400.0, I wanted to get another $400.0. I told him I would never come back again and to this day they continue to write to me, when I told them not to do it anymore!!!!. ENOUGH!!!!!

I want to start by saying I got no affiliation to the gym or the owner this is my honest review. I been training here for 6 months, the place is always maintained, all machines always avaliable, always open to members 24hrs. The trainers are always avaliable to assist and give advice even if you don't get their service. Top of the line supplements and consulting as to how to take them from the best. I am done with super packed gyms, I wish there was more gyms like this one. very pleased to have this gym and staff as part of my transformation
