Dealing with a sick or injured pet is very scary and challenging. Both my Cat and I received the best of care here. Everyone was truly caring and hospitable. Staff went above and beyond taking care of everyone that entered the front doors. We were quoted two different health care options. I honestly can't recommend them enough.

Small, cramped waiting area. Pets are taken out of the room for tests/swabs that other vets do right in front of you. Costly compared to other vets due to extra tests that they run for simple appointments that they do not tell you about over the phone. Staff are friendly and are kind to your pet.

Ive been coming here for years to manage my pets epilepsy. Dr Starr is wonderful. However their late policy is ridiculous. They have a FIVE minute grace period, which is just unheard of in my opinion. I missed it by 2-3 minutes and they refused to see me and the next appt with Dr. Starr is several weeks away. Truly disappointing service. Of note, Ive never been late, Im always on time, my husband took my car because he had no gas and failed to tell me, so when I went to leave for the appointment to my panic I had to rush to get gas. They didnt care, and refused to make an exception. They also dont tell you anywhere that you only have 5 minutes.

Friendly staff annd upbeat well visit exam for my nine-year-old Schipoerke. Everyone was great: from reception and vet tech to Dr. Tillotson who spent unhurried time with me and answered all my care questions.

I called the day before to see my dogs leg to be looked at. On the phone they told me it would be $80. When I showed up they tried to charge me over a thousand dollars for a doing no treatment, even though we had previously agreed on a price to see the doctor. Do not come here if you love or care about your animals. They will screw you over, rob you blind, then take whatever money you have kefts, even if they promised you one price, do not believe them! The doctor and this business is a giant con artist
