I read through the reviews and wanted to leave my own. While it is understandable why they choose to keep their doors locked due to the neighborhood the vet is located in... if a customer has called you and told you they are waiting outside for their appt, they should not be made to wait 3 minutes or more in the cold for you to let them inside and wait on you to prepare everything. It is poor treatment and makes you look as though you don't care about the person or animal; especially when the receptionist or one of the workers is at the front desk.

Seems like this business does what others will do when someone leaves a review exposing their behavior or treatment toward patients. Random people, most likely workers of the business, will leave 5 star reviews with little or no explanation to convince readers on why this Vet is worth your time.... FYI: If you don't want anybody saying anything negative about your practices or attitude toward people visiting your business, then treat others with respect as you would want done to you.
