Be ready to be nickle and dimed. Petty charges when app didnt work I was charged an extra $20. Explanation for charge was they didnt think I tried hard enough to log it in myself while sitting on the lot (according to their cameras on a Sunday while they are closed). Also I was charged an extra day ($100) even though they are closed on Sunday - their explanation is because I didnt show up on camera before exactly 24 hours was up. So I paid for a trailer to sit all day even when I didnt use it. Customer service is petty for no reason other than to charge more. The parking lot is not good for getting trailers in and out. Be ready for a dangerous situation of backing a trailer in while in traffic on 7th street. I suggest going somewhere else.

Reserved a truck because we have to move from Arizona to Cincinnati because my mom was diagnosed with cancer. They took my reservation gave me a confirmation number then a week before we are supposed to pick up the truck they Valk and say we can't take their truck that far. Why wasn't that said when I reserved it????? Will never ever do business with this joke of a company again. I advise you stear clear.
