Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great location. Very accommodating to requests of vehicle types. I've rented from here several times because of their location at Bill Luke Jeep. The last time here they had a vehicle brough over from another location to accomodate my request. I have hip and knee issues and have troubles getting in and out of low stance vehicles. I like a small suv like a Cherokee or Blazer, and they go out of their way to make it happen.Every time I've been here I have been treated as a valued customer. The staff are friendly and the cars are clean. I have also over heard them accommodating another customer by offering a ride to another location for the vehicle that they wanted. That's great customer care. Check them out!!

Worst place to rent they gave me a choice of a minivan or truck and I chose a truck but wanted to give me a charger big difference I am very upset

Worst experience here. Not sure why the dealership continues to partner with them. Bring in someone else. Will be using another dealership for next vehicle due to this.

Only rents to people who are getting their cars worked on here. Do not say that anywhere only when I drove down. Called multiple times before coming down, they never answered the phone.
