i been waiting over a month for my part. shipping location says its delayed but its in the same place it was a month ago. no one picks up phone calls. i feel like i was scammed

DO NOT TRUST. Zero communication after 3 weeks. No one answers the phone, left 3 voicemails and received no return calls, sent 4 emails with no reply, "live chat" on website only has automated responses.

Needed K-sub frame for a 2005 Murano plus the trailing arms. Provided part numbers and Simba Auto Parts confirmed that they had the parts. Pricing was very good and the email responses helped move the process along. Not easy ordering from across the country but they got the job done. They only asked for a little patience. Parts were delivered within 2 weeks which I considered to be very reasonable, plus the shipping was free, hard to beat. Parts were well wrapped and the repair shop confirmed the parts were all correct and the car is back on the road and safe. Some Murano rear sub frames can rust to failure. Bottom line, I was very satisfied with Simba Auto Parts and their staff, just have a little patience.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! These people are complete criminals. They have no problem billing your credit card immediately. Then I didnt hear anything for a couple of days after ordering, so I emailed them and was told I would have a shipping confirmation and tracking number later that day. Three days later still not shipped and no tracking number. At this point, communication stopped completely. After multiple phone calls and messages left, emails sent, and even trying to use the live chat on their website to no avail. I ended up contacting my CC company and reported them. I also reported to the BBB. My CC company was able to get my money back. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are Scam artists. I should have read the other reviews before ordering. The bad ones are accurate. Zero stars are what I give these guys. But thats not an option. I hope this helps someone
