        Zach From this location was absolutely god awful at customer service. It was his point to not let the me speak one word. I mentioned that the other store clerk said maybe this other store might be able to hook you up. Thats all I had to say to trigger this guy, going on about how he spoke to the rep at the other store while I was there with him and he never said that (he did literally the moment he hung up the phone). I quickly accepted the fact that there wouldnt be any discount on the warranted tire, which is fine. However Zach wouldnt stop going on about how he cant help me out and practically calling me a liar in front of the whole store. I got so fed up I had already told him I didnt care about the warrantee and just to sell me the tire, he STILL kept going maybe if you brought the tire in things might be taken into consideration Ive always recommended discount tire, I think the service they provide and most of the people working there are terrific. But this guy should never work in a space where he has to interact with customers. I wish I had his last name but he wasnt man enough to share that knowing I would write this review. With the intention to try and hide behind the fact he handled this situation very poorly. Im not sure how much business this location has lost because of Zach but Im sure its not a little.
