Baker brothers installed new carpeting in my Phoenix condo several months ago and I love it! My salesman was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable regarding his product. He was not the least bit pushy, was helpful, open to questions, and provided me with a sample of carpet square to take home for matching. I chose Baker Brothers based on the fact that they are a non-franchise business and based on prior reviews. I wish you the same good luck that I had. Debra was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about custom rugs. We left with problems solved, questions answered, ample samples on loan, and great excitement as we choose options for two enormous rugs. Blown away! Great service, huge variety. We plan to order soon!

Roy Bracamonte at Baker Bros is not only knowledgeable but extremely professional. It has been quite some time since I have walked into a store where an employee was dressed in a sport coat and had a great personality to match! This is the second time we purchase carpet from Bakers and I am sure it won't be the last! Congratulations to the owners!
