Laura did a great job showing us shower materials. The front desk staff was also helpful and welcoming. I was disappointed the showroom did not have two out of three mosaic samples. Apparently the CA warehouse was out of those products as well. A few more choices would have helped.

They are currently moving things around when i went, but they have so many selections. I filled out a form at their kiosk for what i wanted. I started looking around few minutes later an employee came looking for me with her tablet. She was very helpful. I was looking at their floor tiles when i need bathroom tiles doh!! Needless to say i found what i was looking for. Plus they already had my contractor on a list so they emailed them what i wanted.

Selection is good. Staff is very helpful. They seem to have some difficulty in inventory tracking when it come to the stone. Slabs are quite mixed up and the computer didnt always match what they could actually locate in the warehouse. If you need multiple slabs its a problem.

MSI is an amazing facility for all your counter top material. We came in on a Friday afternoon unsure of what we really wanted, and after 2 hours we were able to walk out happily with our decision. I am an extremely indecisive and picky person and April and the foreman in the back pulled out 9 slabs of the same granite type so I could specifically pick which slabs I would put in my house. They knew we drove up from Tucson and stayed after hours helping us to make our final decision. April was incredibly helpful and made our experience perfect.

Lots of choices, but they wont give pricing to the public, only contractors.
