I have worked with other agencies in the past and honestly none of them have provided the support and resources like AFP/Staff Logic! Justin really put the effort into to finding opportunities that would be the best fit for me and my experience. He was transparent about the interview process and processes that would follow if an offer was extended, knowing exactly what to expect made the interviews a lot easier and comfortable. Justin also made sure that I had more than position to interview for, so that I had options available in case I needed them. And he went above and beyond to keep the lines of communication open to provide feedback and provide continuous updates, information. If there were more stars to award, I would! Justin Todd gives his clients and candidates the A+++ treatment from start to finish. Justin invests himself equally between client and candidate. As his candidate, he kept me informed every step of the way. He coached and mentored me in interviewing strategies. We talked about my needs as well as his clients needs. He even called me before my interviews to make sure I had what I needed and that I felt comfortable and confident before I even left the house. I was hired by his client ... after two interviews in as many days! Justin is the quintessential professional, with a knack for finding gold ... no matter where it's hidden!
