Meet with Jon, super nice guy but now impossible to get a hold of. He has not answered any of my follow up emails. Maybe they were just collecting resumes for their database.

The personalized service at Ledgent Phoenix is hands down. From day one, Mike K. has been a God Send. Mike has continuous worked with me to find the best fit for both my personality and skill set. Mike is always sending perspectives; this is good as it lets me know he hasn't forgotten about me though he is very busy. I even kept in contact with Mike while I was in Africa. Upon my arrival back to the USA, I met with Mike for new leads he acquired while I was away for 3 weeks! Mike genuinely has my best interest in mind as he doesn't try to place me in location which I have long commute and low salary. He listens and provides honest feedback in the area which he feels will present as a stronger candidate. Mike also kept me apprised of current interviewing tips/resume techniques. In summation, Mike was also very patient with me as I can be a bit picky, yet he remained professional and dedicated in placing me with a corporation which is solid and potentially lend to a career. My first experience with Ledgent/ Rothstaffing was in Irvine CA with Ms. Ann. She too was great to work with. While I was very nervous about video interview, she prepped me well! My experience with Ledgent Finance & Accounting on Camelback Rd in Phoenix has been excellent. I have a list of over ten agencies that I have worked with as a candidate and there are three who stand out above the rest with Ledgent as my #1 choice. I had the pleasure of interacting with John Howard - Business Solutions Specialist, EmLee Wolfe - Branch Manager and Jessica Davis - Experience Coordinator. They all exceeded my expectations. These individuals and this agency provides a higher level of service than other agencies. There is a lot I can say to be more specific but to keep this brief, I especially appreciate the quality and frequency of follow-up communication from the interview process to the new-hire process and continuously while on the assignment as an Ambassador. I am confident that I found an agency who really cares about their long-term relationship with their candidates and clients. I have already provided positive feedback to their client expressing why I rate them as #1.
