Would never, ever do business with this company again. Horrible quality phone service and even worse company management. Do yourself a favor and run away from this company as fast as possible. YUCK!

So I got my system installed about 2 weeks ago and thought I would write a nice little review! It started with my sales guy, Chad. If I wouldn't have talked to him first I might have been in some trouble in the beginning as I didn't have adequate cabling to my switch. He helped me by referring me a local cabling guy who cost next to nothing and did a GREAT job. This also helped with the internet ( not just the phones ). He was also very kind and not, "salesy" I guess haha. Then we had Chris install the system and do the training. He really knew his stuff, and didn't leave until we were all experts on the new phone system. It also didn't take him much time to install it either which was nice! All in all everything has been a breeze with this company and I felt I needed to write a review because of it. I hope this review helps your decision on which phone system to go with in your new or current business ventures! Happy Independence Day!!!!!!!!

This company's service is horrible. Unfortunately our VP signed a 3 year contract and we are currently stuck with them. Complaints from our customers that they cannot hear us and that the line is noisy. Comvoice techs tell us it is our Internet and Firewall issues. We have had the best IT companies out here and have checked everything so we know it is not on our end. They're billing cycle changes and they charged us double for one month and we refused and sent in our normal montly payment. The following month they claim we are more than 30 days past due and shut our phones down. I send a check which takes one day to deliver in AZ and still claim they haven't received it. Their CFO gets on the line and demands I "show him respect" Unbelievable and very unprofessional. Go with COX, we wish we had!

Company just fraudulently charge $1,600 to our credit card 90 days after we paid our final bill in full. Try Qwest or Vonage, much better service without the dishonesty.After now reading the other 2 reviews on here, i see that this is happening to others. Our story is both of the reviews combined. Rather than repeat the others, one thing i will add is that the owners of this company do not have any regard for their customers. They do not respond to emails or requests for a live phone call and it's not like they are some big corporation. For most of us, our phones are the lifeblood of our business and your phone vendor in many ways becomes a partner in your business. You do not want to be on a contract with this company.
