When my previous tax person moved on, I was nervous about finding someone I could trust. Channika and the New Beginnings Team were so generous. "Tax" is a foreign language, and they speak it fluently! I've been with them two years now and don't plan on returning to my old tax guy!

Excellent customer service and very informative. I greatly appreciate the emails with helpful information to make proper choices for the future. Also emails about government updates concerning taxes. Overall, the entire office provides service with a sincere, genuine smile!

Channika and her team have been taking care of my personal and business tax needs for several years. She and her team are responsive, friendly and professional. This was my first year using New Beginnings One Stop Tax Relief & Tax Preparation. I was very pleased with their services. They were prompt with their responses to our inquiries and did an amazing job with their communication and timely preparation of our tax return. I worked with Shameika and Channika and they were both amazing. I look forward to working with them in the future, hopefully in person once we are able to return to some in-person functions after COVID.
