Freeway Insurance

They are supposed to be open at 9:00am and i was sitting outside waiting for 2 hours and they dont open the doors. I called and they told me the hours have changed and they dont open till 11:00am and i waited for an extra hour and they did not open. The freeway insurance on 4oth street and thomas is a much better. Location and they were actually open at 9:00am. They are also very friendly

This business is falling victim to the large shopping complex on Tatum and Cactus. Same as all the other businesses in the area. This location didn't have an agent to set up a new policy the last time I went by. But you can still make a payment and ask questions if you're in the area.

Love this company but most of all out of all the employees that have been at this location,one specially stands out!!"Angel Valenzuela"has hands down the greatest customer service I've seen awhile.professional,courteous,great conversation with a smile.he knows his job well ,"Angel"is defiantly a great asset to your company.we need more like him in the world. Great customer service. Lucas helped my husband and I find the best price on insurance. He was very helpful and took his time finding what we were looking for. We even ended up paying less than what we expected. He made our visit a breeze. Awesome job.
