Justin hicks is my pool man, these past three weeks Ive been seeing him with a girl in his truck just sitting while hes cleaning pools, is that a new hire or his girlfriend. If its a new hire she isnt working at all and if its his girlfriend why is she at work with him?

I have meet people more untitled in my life as a security guard for my community. I was almost struck by one of thier reps. And he lost control of all tac an professionalism an threaten to get me fired over a safety complainant. Stay Far away from this company

First off, Natural Reflections designs beautiful pools . Really appreciated that they walked us through the whole process. Their advice and recommendations were bang on and the service was right on time!

They made me wait 1 month until giving me the initial concept design which was supposed to take 2 weeks. I gave them 1-star but have now updated to 3 since they apologized. I can't delete the review so I will update again once the project moves forward.

I am custom Residential Architect in the Northwest Valley and hired NR to build are pool, not bad at actual building of the pool, but our mistake was hiring them for basic pool service. Absolutely horrible service, on one complaint call we made they sent their construction manager out to cover a service related issue and he admitted there service department was not good. As a custom home designer I would never recommend this company to one of my clients. Disregard my wife's 5 star review from a year ago, service is terrible. William D Down William D Down & Associates
