OLCR.... Office of Licensing, Certification and Regulation Division of Developmental Disabilities 4th Floor The people over at OLCR who cant seem to respond with professionalism through emails nor calls. I truly feel you should be fired! Kirk Stephens please try to do your job correctly. I think you have gotten so comfortable with being lazy and sitting on your high horse you feel as if you don't have to do your job. Dawn, Jennifer please do the same and treat those with respect at all times. STOP blowing people off and telling them to call someone else when your the correct department. I truly feel no one knows the updated rules and Regulations. No one NEVER answers the phone. you have to call 200 times to get one answer by an uniformed nasty attitude giving person. I will continue calling and emailing until I reach the head person to explain what has been going on. I have the emails and calls to show.
