All these reviews are terrible and I bet it's still Jackie! She is the most horrible person in a position of authority. She is no manager, and not even close to a leader.

First time ever in a Boot Barn store. Angela was great. She is very helpful, pleasant and a total professional. If you need cowboy boots and other stuff ask for her.

Clean store...I found what I wanted within minutes and at a great price. I appreciate their involvement with charities, too.
