Went in on 4/8/24 at approx 4pm to see about new work boots. They had a good selection, and the prices were about right. There were 3 customers in the store, including me, at the time of my visit. I found a pair I was interested in, BUT, the constant and audible side foul language from one of the male employees as he was having personal conversation by the counter with a female employee was very off-putting. I decided to take my business elsewhere. To management, although the employees did offer to help me multiple times with my selection, I encourage additional customer service and etiquette training for your employees while potential paying customers are present.

Good selection, but I went to a Redwing store after I couldn't find anything I liked there.

Ive been here 3 times in a year and each time they are super helpful,friendly and quick. Definitely recommend !!
