Honestly wished I had paid attention to the names of everyone because they were amazing. I find it amusing that the young kids working in here are serving great customer service vs the 25+ adults over at Sephora next door. Anyway, I don't have any experience with returning merchandise bc we tried on everything before buying, so can't say anything on that. My daughter loves this store so much that I ended up signing up for points. I've compared prices online vs here and they're actually well priced sometimes even lower.

I came into Tillys the other day looking for a ball cap. Diana & Kyle were such a great help! I walked out with exactly what I needed & more! Very friendly atmosphere! Will definitely be back!

I never shop here but i wanted to be trendy. Be warned that they wont take a return without a receipt or even exchange! If Walmart can identify the purchase with your debit card why cant you? Waste of money and time!
