        DO NOT take your happy returns package to this location. If you dont know, the happy return states that a refund will be initiated as soon as the QR code is scanned.They said their system was down and would scan the code when it comes up. A week later and I never received the email or the initiated refund that happy returns gives you as soon as the QR code is scanned. Called fed ex and they say it was sent out but cant provide me with any tracking number or help. Told me to call 1800 number instead. Absolutely nothing resolved, will file complaint with BBB and the attorney generals office Follow up, they have resolved the issue and I received my refund. Thank you

        The experience was good. Employees are friendly. I just thought the fax pricing was a little much. Almost 5 bucks to fax TWO SHEETS seems exorbitant to me.

        Amazing customer service. I drive the extra mile to go to this Fed Ex because the manager on site is friendly and always helpful. I ship and print at ease. Highly recommend.
