Wow....what a wonderful person I met today! Her name is Claudia, and she is honestly an angel from heaven. She not only went above and beyond with my business cards, but she even took the time to create an easier way for our customers to email us! Fed Ex is not only lucky, but very blessed to have an individual such as herself representing the company.

I called to ask questions, as some things for things I didn't understand. I didn't get her name. But she kept cutting me off mid sentence, didn't let me finish asking questions and just was rude. I don't want to come to this location because of her. She didn't seem to care.

One of the representatives help me mail a package yesterday for delivery for today. Instead it was mailed pack to me as I see the representative never put on a new mailing label over my original I assume they used the original label to get it back to me. Although I am at least happy it wasnt lost I still got to see when they open later today(Sunday) if I can get it where I need it to be by EOD Monday as whats in the package is need for first thing Tuesday Morning. Hope I dont have to pay again
