My vehicle was broken into in the vehicle storage area. Efran was doing his rounds and tried to stop the guy but wasn't able to. The cameras were not clear enough to show the guys face. Apparently sensors that they have either do not work or do not cover the parking area. The guy climbed the fence and broke into my car and a few others. He has not been caught. Unless you have insurance to cover break ins you are out of luck because it isn't covered by gaurdian.

Excellent customer service. Efran, the manager is great! I was concerned about the safety of the area based on the negative review and he explained what happened. I'm confident that there will be no issues with my storage container.
