The worst costumer service! The staff was awfully rude when I came in this morning. They did not even acknowledge me by saying good morning or anything else.

The employees at this location are consistently helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Also, they usually have the size of truck I need even on short notice. I would definitely recommend this location to friends or anyone who need to rent a truck or moving equipment!

Update 2/13/24: I went back to this location when I needed another hitch install. Once again, the customer service was above and beyond. Especially from Esteban. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done safely and completely with the hitch install. Then he also got my backup camera attached to the back of the trailer. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The prices are fair. This place gives the BEST customer service again!! Outstanding customer service, especially from Neftali Martin. She went out of her way to help me with a hitch install. Then Robert did a great job on the install and explaining to me how it all works. Finally, Mike took care of the final paperwork and payment professionally and pleasantly. Highly recommend you go to this UHaul.

This is the best places to rent a U-Haul there's a gentleman there named Terrance he is extremely professional and pleasant he made the experience good easy and I will recommend to everyone to deal with him he needs a raise thank you again Terrence!
