I have been using them going on 2 months now. Just got a letter in the mail that my rate is going up $100.00 a month. I am out of there. Please take a look at the photos 2 are the card with the increase and the last one is what they are priced at right now 04/03/2024 at $135.00 a month. Huge bait and switch. Turning this all in to everyone that will listen.

Clean and very helpful individuals. However I was under the impression of a certain type of unit I reserved. came to find out lifts werent working to a misleading size unit I originally paid for online. had to settle and pay the difference for a lower level differnt type than what I wanted and still wait for someone to remove the lock when I was expected to go directly to the unit as said with the confirmation email. I feel the online experience needs to improve, as well as repair the lifts to prevent anyone getting hurt.

One month after moving in for $18/month, we got a letter in the mail stating that our rent was being increased to $45/month. A more than 50% increase? Really? Pretty rude. We also went to drop stuff off last week and our boxes in one corner of the unit were WET!! Literally all we are paying for is a place that keeps our items safe and dry. Were moving out next week. To the offices credit, they refunded us for this month since we will no longer be using the unit.
