        I rent two large units now. Im very happy because this is very close to home. Its always clean. But now the gate has been broken for months now which makes it very hard for some of us with trailers. Also, the homeless are taking over this place. I just hope they dont break into my units one of these days.

        I had asked the service office to run payments on the first of the month. Didn't happen. Walked in to resolve the issue - they have no log of it. Walk in again: The person behind the desk remembers calling me on an unrelated date and refuses any further action. So the $40/m quoted quickly becomes over $100/m. The front gate is broken for the 3rd month in a row so the .1mi that is advertised from my house is actuactally .5mi to an operable gate.
