        I don't know how this place has such high rating. I will post my experience to save other people the stress. I paid for a unit online and received an email with the address and phone number stating I need to finish the lease in the office. It also stated that it suggests calling first. When you call the number no one answers and the mailbox is full so you can't leave a voicemail. I stopped by the office multiple times and it was always locked. Completely vacant and dark inside. It very much feels like a scam and I unfortunately had to dispute the charge with my bank due to the fact I never received the service I paid for and there was no way to contact the company. If you do not have the means to provide the service do not take people's money.

        This storage place is beyond creepy. I been calling them for 2 months trying to pay off my storage room and they been avoiding my calls and raising the prices when I shouldnt even been paying still. Do not get a storage room here ! They like to play manipulation games

        Nathan P. took good care of getting me set up with a unit. The location is clean and halls well lit. Only issue is that the storage units do not have any lighting - never been to a storage facility with no lights in the units, but this is made up by the lower prices.
