***I wanted to update my review.*** I first wanted to reiterate that we were with this company for almost 8 years and this is how they treat people. Take that for what it's worth before you decide to go with dshe. I contacted the collections company and asked to get a reduction to pay the original bill of $363 that we owed to the company instead of the $650 that was sent to us from the collections office. We received a one sentence rejection from ds. This would've been nothing more than a misunderstanding, but instead, it's a company that is going to stand its ground and get us for almost another $300 above the bill that we NEVER RECEIVED and only 1 phone call that was made to us. Everyone should be very aware of this before you do business with this company. We've had Dennis Sage security since we moved into our new home in 2016. It came with the house so we figured we'd try it. We never had an issue. Even had them replace a few parts on our panel in the last year or so. I saw a notification on our board saying that it wasn't active and to call Dennis Sage. When I called them to see what was going on, they informed me that my bill was already sent to collections and that we owed over $300 in back service on the account. We never received a bill, and I was stunned that it could be sent to collections without prior notification. They said the sent emails but none were recieved. The said that the called my wife, but that too was false. The funny part this, if you want to call it that, is that the very next day I received a call from Dennis Sage informing me that we had an ovedue bill. This was the one and only time the company attempted to contact me for payment even though the bill had already been sent to collections and I had to contact them first. To me, this is the definition of shady business practices. The billing department made no effort to contact my wife or I for payment even though they said they did. It's fine, and we'll pay the bill, but I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

Fantastic company with outstanding service! I have used Dennis Sage for many security system and my home internet/wifi/modem etc for the past 8 years. Alex and the other people at the company are very responsive to questions or problems. The service is outstanding and professional, and their prices are very fair and reasonable. This is a family owned company, and the work ethic and integrity shows! I highly recommend. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. .
