Very professional group of individuals. Services were expedient completed. Help was provided even after the contract was expired. Requests for new service were handled expeditiously as well. Followups to requests were regular, not pushy, and all responses were in a timely manner. I would recommend CPS to anyone looking for a well planned surveillance / alarm system.

I've used Camelback Protection Systems at all of my offices. Mike designs and installs the system and excels and continued service as needed. His office is very helpful with assistance setting up new users for the alarm panel. He's been my security guy for the last ten years and who I refer my customers to when they ask about setting up home and office security. I highly recommend this business.

If I could rate this a zero I would. They Installed my system without giving me any of the pass codes and when i had problem with my home security camera's, they gave me the run around that they are busy. 0 customer service. Once they take your money, they will not conduct a service call or will not fix the problem. I would strongly discourage anybody from ever working with Camelback protection system. Absolutely terrible service. Don't waste your money on this company.
