        Such a bummer. This Subway is a block from my new place so I was stoked to try it. Terrible. Maybe the worst Steak and Cheese Ive ever had. If I got the amount of meat on a 6inch steak and cheese that I got on my foot long, Id have thought it was just about right. A full inch and a half on either end was all bread. Its honestly crazy how little meat there was (see pic). On top of that, one lady was making my sandwich while a guy with a clipboard kept interrupting. She actually heated my steak, put it on the bread and then left it there for several minutes while she cheesed the bread. The clipboard guy just stood there. The two times the lady asked him to help he did nothing. Another guy randomly wondered in from the back, filled the Mayo and left. All while my sandwich cooled on the assembly line. By the time I got home, from a block away, I had a soggy, cold mess. Seemed like a really dysfunctional store. In addition, my bread was made and cut poorly (see pic) Just a bad all around experience.

        They get a 1 star because they literally couldnt answer their phone. I was in that area & had that store selected on app & when I ordered again it sent my order to that store . I immediately realized I did that & the only way to cancel order is to call store . Phone rang until it went dead x2. Sure its my fault for having wrong store selected but the only way to cancel your order is by anyone answering the phone. Used number in app & verified it was correct. Dont care if youre understaffed .. answer your phone. Okay editing because after 12 minutes of ringing they got to ku order & canceled it. If anything need to make a complaint to app . Also it says something about the owner that they are so understaffed they cant answer their phone.
