Honestly the best place to go for "Fancy" fast food. The meat always has flavor and the milkshakes are divine. Only problem is: WE NEED MORE LOCATIONS! If there were more of them they would be the go to for fast food night.

So tired of this place. Now once again they are closing at 7. They might as well close this location permanently. No matter if I get here before closing they are always closed. I'm not even coming here anymore. Worth the time to go to the one 4 miles away. I'm done with this location.

Workers closed the restaurant 15 min before posted time, apparently pulled a sign (advertising lemonade) in front of part of the drive-thru lane thinking that would be a sufficient deterrent and when that didnt work, employees came out and told several waiting customers they were closed from the back door. (I thought some teens were pulling a prank by pulling the metal sign into the driveway not realizing it was actually paid employees. Another customer behind me actually moved it to get it out of the way, likely thinking the same thing.) I was told they were closed at 6:45pm on a Sunday. One of the male employees said to the female worker instigating all of this you are going to get a lot of complaints about this! Now I am stuck in a drive-thru lane behind customers that were lucky enough to be served before arbitrary cut-off. Worst Arbys ever.

The past few times I have been through the food was fantastic, well prepared, and the manager seems to be improving the situation. They will move to the top on e we can come back to dine in.

So I am guessing you have a new employee or a new griddle - the tops of all our buns were burnt so badly that the burn transferred to the top of the meat.could have been a 1 off and I get it but you had to see them when assembling. Its frustratingI will say that your employees are always friendly cant resist saying well done next time Ill check before I pull away.
