I have worked with Anderson Roofing several times in the past and each time, they did a marvelous job. I recommend them without reservation. This time, however, they went above and beyond, locating a leak that allowed water to come in on my balcony and seep through a bedroom ceiling below. Yes, it was a big problem every time we had a bad storm. Rick was out here several times and last week again for the better part of a day, trying to locate where the water came into the house. In the end, the problem was the balcony door's window inserts! He even offered to do the caulking and did not charge me for the hours spent on this job. I am really impressed with their customer service, quality of work and fairness. I recommended them to my neighbor last year and he was very happy with the roof repair they did on his house. I'm disappointed in the lack of professionalism your company seems to have.
I had an estimate scheduled with your company on Friday, 8/21/20, between the hours of 8am-10am. Your representative didn't show up till close to noon (thankfully I decided to stay home and wait) and told me he was late because someone else fell through a customers roof...honestly, not providing confidence with that statement.
I was told it would be Tuesday or Wednesday till I would receive the estimate... it is now Friday, 8/28/20, and have STILL not received the estimate. I called around 10:30am this morning, and was told that the representative was told to hurry it up. It is now after 5pm, and still nothing from you....
It's apparent that you must not be needing work, especially full roof replacement work. At least, that is what I am left to assume, since your company cannot be bothered to provide an estimate in a timely manner, nor respect the time of potential customers.

Don't bother with this company. They obviously do NOT need the work.
