What an impressive company and crew of workers. Saturday they came on time and started the tear down of the old roof. Then removed and replaced all the rotten wood. By 4:30 the same day I had a new roof. I'm sure that it is not normal to do a roof in one day like this but I was in a predicament and they stepped up sending lots of extra men out to make sure that I was take care of. Roof repair was completed as quoted. Repair was completed in a professional manner and installer was quick to identify what needed to be done and had the proper supplies and tools to complete task. Before and after pictures helped demonstrate completion of repair. Comment not related to statement above. Since I was not available for final completion of repair I was unable to verify if 4 tiles that had cracks were repaired or replaced. I had discussed this during the quote process. Since there was a cement grout before the repair if that needed to be done again. Service: Roof repair
