        This team is excellent. I felt like they personally cared for me & genuinely wanted to me to get better. The team was thorough in explaining any exercises or issues, and corrected exercises when necessary. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

        I went for my first session today due to nerve pain in my right arm. I feel much improved even after just one session. Dion and the team really spent time with me, gave me a ton of helpful info, worked to relieve the discomfort, and sent me home with exercises. I never felt rushed; they really wanted to help me out as much as they could while I was there. Ive got a good playbook moving forward and I'm appreciative.
