I like to say that Haven facility good time to stay here they gave me a lot of encouragement to be strong and get through this surgery that I had to leave here I had to speak to Misty and she was a wonderful woman to help me get out to see my grandsons birthday But I have to say everyone in this facility beautiful Deborah, the my Doctor Gandhi was the best made me laugh, made me cheerful and made me believe I can get through this. dont know their names, but everybody is on my part taking care of me. I cannot say that I had any problems at all wonderful they took care of me well. . thank you my nurse Jeanette was really awesome. Took care of me were very well. Oh I forget Janet was also good. She helped me with my showers. Thank you. and Therapy I had wonderful therapist there they help me get my strength back and not have fear of anything. I cant do Cheryl Reggie Naomi Lily, Randy they were all the best people Ive ever met and I have been in therapy before other places but my goodness I had the best love and support, thank you yall

The staff at Haven have been very helpful and kind to myself and my family. My aunt was in long term care here and I want to give special recognition to the ladies at the front desk, Karen and Jasmine, who helped us reach my aunt by phone so many times as she could not answer her phone independently or make calls out at the end of her life. Karen and Jasmine would go to her room and check on her and help her to call us (out of town family members). The last time I talked to her it took about 6 or 7 calls to actually reach her and the staff (either Karen or Jasmine) who helped me was so patient and sweet. The staff who cared for my aunt in her room were also so kind, down to the janitorial staff who took special care to give me a suggestion about her comfort when I visited over the summer and fall of 2023. Very grateful for the personal touches of the staff here, and I know my aunt would say the same.
