EXTREMELY unprofessional. Does not treat tenants right according to the LAW. Condescending and cold. Was told I had to move exactly 1 week before my scheduled C section. Moved out and was told to make a walk through appointment, Steve Lins claims he was busy said pictures would be taken. Never in life heard of that but I said ok. Out of $1950 security deposit only $478 is trying to be returned. Blind cleaning fee of $445 and other charges that were not allocated for. Will be filing legal claim against his agency

Food is always fresh and tasty. Tacos could be a little bit more sized for fullness. They seem a little light but still taste good. I love the Baja Fresh drink! Customer service is always friendly

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every since they took over its been horrible. No regards to the property (homeless people hanging out, trash and carts full of trash right by your door), theres literally a tree hanging about to fall and they still havent attempted to to it. Like a previous review they dont respond in a timely matter to maintenance request. Steve the maintenance man or lack of doesnt respond to any tickets and his partner in crime my property manager Lisa doesnt apologize or acknowledge their of communication. Anywho when my lease is up Ill be up too. Please do your due diligence before renting from this company.

Very nice people there. Take my laundry for fluff and fold and is a great service.
