Coming from Cold weather in Sandy Utah to Warm AZ. Only ever visiting AZ December, 1997 again in December 2022. I knew; I wanted, to live here. I began my search on YouTube. Sheryl Willis is the one who knows about the Greater Phoenix Area. Sheryl will not, just sell you a Home. Her 25 years of experience, and, knowledge will guide you the whole way through the process. Our lender, through a curve ball that, they needed to verify Steve had a job. they required Steve provide a 40 hour work week, two weeks before closing. I called Sheryl from Utah in a panic. Saying, "I will get the U-Haul and an Airbnb or hotel". Sheryl, contacted, the, home owner. (She made magic happen). We arrived two days latter. Jessylee, who is part of this amazing team, greeted us at, our Beautiful Home. Jessylee, captured Steve and I individual, personalities on video viewing our Beautiful Home for the first time. We arrived 03.12.2023 The Notary came to our home, we signed 03.24.2023. Closed 03.27.2023 With our prayers to God. Wow! Sheryl made buying a house such a breeze! We were new to buying from a builder, and have heard horror stories. Sheryl was extremely knowledgeable, professional and extremely responsive! She made the entire process super smooth.

We are from CA and we interviewed a few agents we found online since we had no connections in AZ. From the first phone call with Sheryl we knew she was the agent we wanted to work with. Sheryl is on the ball, knows the Phoenix market very well, and goes above and beyond to help in any way she can.
