As others have stated the receptionist Ronnie is so non helpful, negative and treats you like you are a pain to her when merely calling to schedule an appt. I am shocked the Dr keeps this individual to represent her practice with as you can see many complaints. Dr Ewa as stated in reviews acts very interested in helping you at first but when she sees not finding the answers or medication that will help quickly dismisses you as the problem. My husband treated with her for bipolar and each visit she would not review records before visit and you have to start all over each time reminding her of what treatment she had recommended. She fired my husband as patient due to her not finding a successful treatment plan. She does not listen well and makes her own determinations to protect herself. get the feeling she is burnt out and no longer cares about her patients always wanting to move you in and out quickly to get to the next patient. This so damaging to vulnerable patients with mental health issues. seeking help.Dr Ewa is all business and has likely lost any true caringg for patients. I would look elsewhere for a truly caring psychiatrist.

Dr. Szafraniec is amazing. Her front office help not so much. Ronnie is pleasant to others, as family also see Dr. Szafraniec, but not to me. Lots of attitude, deep exhales and irritated responses. Too bad front office ruins the experience.
