        Pleased with the new patient initial process and pleased with my provider. However, I am not pleased with the front office staffs' no response to my inquiries. ****correction to my previous review**** Terrible office to work with. Why? Refill requests are ignored as well as messages sent via the 2nd chance website to the provider. I’ve been waiting for refills for approx. 1.5 months. No response to me at all. Per my insurance, I was over charged for my first visit. Already looking for a new provider.

        Terrible. The offices are so incompetent in their job they can't even schedule properly. Nobody in their offices know what's going on with anything and they just send you to different people who still don't know.
