AWFUL company... ZERO urgency if you have a leak or emergency you're basically screwed, poor communication, Aaron Jacob is seriously a joke with his poor customer service and the way he will speak down to you is unacceptable. I do not know why anyone would hire this company. I guess you get what you pay for!
I have a leak and contacted them immediately and nearly 36 hours later, there is still a leak and no plumber available apparently for 72 hours after the fact... and I doubt the plumber will even show up when scheduled 3 days later.
So many great companies with 5 star reviews on Google and Yelp, RUN from this one

In the Villages of McCormick Ranch they refused to take ownership of any issues. They neglected the roof and hired incompetent contractors, but yet The condo owner has to pay to fix the water damage.

I am an owner in the property they manage in Scottsdale called El Chaparrel.
This is the worst property management company that I've ever had to deal with. Not only do they operate outside of Az open meeting law but they actively promote less then open activities, hiring friends and colluding with board members for personal gains.
On top of being bad actors, they are slow to move on any repair and try to deny any ownership in flopped projects, hiring contractors that disappearing with money while not completing jobs.
Do not ever let your board, your community or your commercial property hire these crooks. They are absolutely unprofessional and will try to threaten and intimidate owners.

Tread carefully if you rent an apartment managed by this company. They use the cheapest possible labor for all landscaping and repairs. Our complex has had the water shut down FIVE times in the span of a couple of months because their irrigation piping system keeps breaking. This is at an expensive complex too.
