image Placed a tenant for us who apparently had a long history of litigations against their former property mgrs/landlords and even a well known national bank (and lost). Yikes. So All in the Family did NOT do due diligence in checking background of this tenant and caused us SO much trouble. Never let this prop mgt co work for you. They also do what I call "reverse slumlording" which means they take advantage of landlords and say things like "you have a great tenant, you cannot increase the rent" (that was way below market to begin with) just bc they pay rent ( as if that's going above and beyond, of course tenants must pay rent). So they're super unfair to landlords, but it looks like from the other side based on the other review on this Google page that All in the Family also takes advantage of tenants. So the conclusion is do not do any business with this "company." Run!

image Be careful! Not only was Lisa extremely rude to deal with, we were signing our lease over the holidays and were supposed to receive the emailed lease weeks prior to signing day so we could have time to look it over. Fast forward to the day that we were suppose to sign the lease, neither I, nor my ex had the lease in our email. They sent it and asked that we review and sign 30+ pages within the hour.
I said that was not enough time to review the 30+ plus page lease agreement (due to their mishap), and ask for until EOD to review.
I felt pressure and attitude from the get-go.
The first day we moved into one of their rental properties, a current resident warned us that they had a pipe burst and flooded their residence and had to pay for it out of pocket and this company had not reimbursed them, as well as them near doubling her rent as a single mom.
We were alarmed by that current residence statement but proceeded about our lease
Fast forward to a year and a half later after our lease was up, I got out of the lease due to personal, family issues taking place at the residence. However, they never refunded any part of our $2,600-$2,700 deposit and we left the residence in pristine condition, other than a couple broken door knobs locks.
They also kept the last month's rent of $1,900, when I, nor my ex was occupying the premise.
Mind you he was evicted for a police report, however state law does not permit them to keep a months rent that tenants are not occupying the residence.
There are statutes that they can keep the deposit if tenants are evicted, yet not the rent for a month no tennants occupied the residence.
There was absolutely no damage.
Take that how you will,
But I would run far from this couple and 'company'.
Not to mention their property they were overseeing for an older gentlemen in Chandler was old, run down and outdated.
I had asked about the front door locks being replaced, to which Lisa responded with "There's not law in AZ that they have to change them between tenants." Even for our comfort and safety.
Also, the bar on the back, sliding glass door that they called a lock, was loose and barely working most of the time we were there.
It was a sorry excuse for a lock and my ex has thousands of dollars of property inside the residence.
