        I have lived for 15 years! I had never had issues until you took over! Laundry room is always bad! Theres always broken machines!! Why do I have to pay double for othe machines!? You know what Im talking about! Theres always broken down machines and why if theres 4 dryers I have to pay doublw for half of them and on top of it give me half the amount the other one does!? But you are quick to fine people for having the wrong color blinds on their home!? Fix this problem! Its been years with the same issue! This is only one of many problems you have I wish I could give you no stars because you dont deserve it. Fix your mess or quit getting proprieties and not taking care of them!

        Our property has been with 360 Community management for approximately 4 1/2 years after our prior management company went out of business. As a relatively new HOA president I appreciate the assistance I get from 360 when the odd situation arises as is often the case when dealing with 251 homeowners. The 360 staff is very pleasant to deal with and responsive to our needs.
