Horrible!! This management company doesn't like to return security deposits. You have to constantly call and harass the property manager for an update and when they do return deposits, there is no itemized list of reductions. Very unprofessional and they seem to only want to keep the security deposit for their profit!

Are phone, voicemails and emails not functioning properly for Greystar as a company? I have yet to be contacted back by Spring Stewart about a major issue with one of the properties she manages despite multiple emails, voicemails and phone calls over a 3 day period.

THEY HAVE A 1.8 STAR RATING FOR A REASON! STAY FAR WAY! All they want when you move out is for you to pay to upgrade the apartment. we are still dealing with these people 2 years later! RUN! DO NOT WALK! RUN! it does not matter that you follow all the rules and procedures the way they want. Upon move out we submitted our final rent payment, our floor/carpet cleaning bill because they want to charge $70 for floor cleaning when any company you call will do their SMALL APARTMENT OF MAYBE 1100 FT FOR $45. Which is what we did. Oh but we have to pay for new paint, new cabinets, new floors, new doors and still pay a cleaning fee. Stay far away from the terrible management that is greystar they don't care about you just your money. Find a nicer bigger townhome for the same price you would pay for their terrible apartments.

**update" Since moving away from Greystar I've never been so happy. I'm currently at an AMC owned property and if I ever need to call corporate guess what? They answer. Terrible company and even worse ethics. I have lived at Avana River Ranch for 4 years now. I fell behind on my rent during covid, like real behind. After accepting almost $14000 in rental assistance they have still decided to kick me out at the end of the month. On top of that they have put a mark on my rental history that is blocking me from other places. They took me to court before the CDC moratorium ended after accepting a check for $5400 2 days prior. I have been trying to get the news involved. Greystar you are literally ruining my life. I work from home, I have no car, and no where else to go. People should not be treated this way on top of that I am a veteran.
