They are awful! They collect the HOA fees while leaving the subdivision to look like low-income housing.

We believe ongoing communication and collaboration with board members and homeowners is a vital aspect of serving your community. Our management services provide full accountability. Its the little things that count and that keep your neighborhood running smoothly I tried to contact Hoamco Exe Vice President on August 14but she was out of town. Her Exe Assistant to VP was polite and emailed me Exe V P contact info and stated You are always welcome to reach out to me as well and I can pass along any information you have I sent a Certified Letter to Exe V P and it came back unaccepted by Hoamco. Why is it a multi billion Co so afraid to accept a Certified letter from a little old retired grandma homeowner?I am still waiting from a call back from Exe VP that will never came as HOA Board has informed me I can not contact HOAMCO and they will not respond to any of my requests. HOA Board threatened me with a possible violation of HOA governing document for contacting HOAMCO about issues at Ventana Lakes. This my review of Hoamco on their website. This is not me contacting HoAMCO. I Rated HOAMCO at 1 star because zero stars was not an option.
