Little Caesars Pizza

Website and app say they open at 10:30, get here at 10:45, they're closed and not opening for another 15 minutes. We had put in our order for 10:45 AM. 11 rolls around and the food isn't ready yet nor will it be for another few minutes. I spent more time waiting in the parking lot than it took to get here.

Worse store ever!!! Placed on line order in the morning for party... 6 pizzas went to pick up at 3pm and the store was locked people inside waving hands to go away with no explanation. After being adamant the young man come speak to us he just said order was cancelled and we where refunded. Then was very rude saying they don't have order and we can place a new one. But after seeing the 3 men very ungroomed employees putting pepperoni on pizza with no gloves or masks we stated no thank you and how awful that they would cancel not telling us order was not going to happen when we had a house full of hungry people waiting to eat.

We have ordered from here a few times and the pizza is always great and has been ready on time when I order in advance!

What's going on with this location? I placed an order with the app on January 4th and when I went to pick it up they had a sign on the door saying closed and the people inside told me my order would be refunded within 24 hours. 6 days later I still do not have a refund and tried to stop at the store today and they have another sign on the door saying they close at 9:00 p.m but the doors are locked at 3:00 p.m..

I ordered online a pizza and crazy bread Got to the store to pick it up about 2 minutes before it should have been ready according to the App So I sat out in the car and waited a couple minutes to see if it would be ready soon 5 minutes go by when inside asked if my order was ready was told that it was not ready and would be shortly 20 minutes later My auto is still not ready when inside asked again God told my auto would be up momentarily About 5 minutes later they finally placed my order in the pizza portal for me to pick up I go grab it walk out the door and don't realize that my pizza and crazy bread are not hot at all the freaking cold tell me how my order wasn't ready if my pizza is cold the moment it goes in the Box this place needs to get its organizational skills back in order
