Papa Johns Pizza

So when I got my first order, it was not correct. I had my brother call because I couldnt talk at the time and they offered me a free pizza redo at the same day or at a later date. I chose a later date because we already had the pizza there and were not ones to waste food, so I just called in today and they tried charging me for the replacement. They do not hold to their promises so I will not go to this Papa Johns again. Papa Johns has always been a staple in my life. It was one of the few pizza joints that I would eat at with my late grandmother. we were always giving good service and that is why Ive always chosen Papa Johns.

So I placed an order for delivery with leave at my door and the delivery guy still decided to knock. Apparently my signature was needed but the more I think about it, it was just his way of asking for a tip. Which is fine but it was a day shy of payday so I was strapped for cash. Once he looked at the receipt after I signed it and saw no tip (which obviously that was the first thing he looked at) he immediately asked would you like to tip your driver? in which I felt obligated so I clearly wrote $3 (mind you I was strapped for cash) in the tip section and when I got the receipt for that the next day my tip was altered to $5. That just made me feel so uneasy. Check your receipts closely!
