Chuck E. Cheese's

Ive never been here but it has always been a childhood dream. I am now 30 years old and grew up with parents that didnt love me. To bad for them I live in their basement, eating pizza and wings. What a life! Anyway, I would even rather be the kid that over time gets kidnapped in Chuck E Cheese than be me, because my childhood was just that deprived of fun. I will give anything, including, and especially my wife and three kids for 30 minutes of fun in Chuck E Cheese. Understandably, when I tried to have fun here last year I was called a creep and a stalker. Man I want my childhood back. I miss hanging out with all my childhood friends and playing DND but now theyre Dont Not Disturb aka Dead. Its kind of funny I outlived them because everyone wanted me dead. Now whos laughing!

A HORRIBLE BIRTHDAY PARTY. It was supposed to start at 13:30, but instead was at 15:45. Our server was new, so I don't mind that. Our pizza came an hour late, our sandwiches came 30 minutes after, our fries were raw, half the machines didn't have tickets and my nephew won the jackpot and all they gave us was A TOKEN. THEN we were charged with our bill and someone's bill, which was $200. And they said "It will take about 14 business days for you to receive your money." 2/15 stars.

We've done birthday parties here in the past, and they were so enjoyable. But today we came in just for fun. Most of the machines were not giving out tickets and were eating up all my daughters coins. The ticket reader took quiet a few tickets and wouldn't print out a ticket, then the numbers erased and we lost at least 30-50 tickets. Very very disappointed.

The worst experience ever. Been there before and the place was ok. But last night just did it for me and my family to never return. One the salad bar was worst than other days. Normally we have to pick thru all the bad lettuce, but rhis time the lettuce was worst. About 80% of the condiments on the salad bar were all gone and what was there was full of water from the condensation. I asked the manager if she was going to refill the condiments and said yes and starting refilling everything without first removing all the old watered down condiment containers. So our salads were all watered down from the water. The potato salad was so watered down it poured like soup. So after paying close to $100 for dinner which included 2 large pizzas, 4 salads 4 drinks. We tried to go back for more salad after we got to the bottom of our salads and saw all the water. When we asked for a new plate we were told the salad bar is no longer all you can eat. Never was this told to us at the time of purchase. So after getting really upset i asked the manager for a corporate number to file a complaint. Her answer was I can give you the number but nobody will see it because the complaint will jisy be forwarded to our store. At that point I said I no longer wish to dine there and asked for a refund. The pizza came and my family started eating. So i walked over and told them to stop eating because we were leaving. The manager said she spoke to someone above her and was told to only refund the salads. I did not accept and i told her i wanted a full refund and was willing to pay for the 4 slices my family ate. So after arguing back and forth she charged me about $8 for the 4 slices and was going to refund me the rest to my card. PETER PIPER PIZZA was a way better choice for dinner last night. Even saved me about $30. Oh and by the way there were only about 5 groups at Chuck e cheese and i saw at least 4 workers including the manager and not one could keep the salad bar stocked.
