Little Caesars Pizza

This place is a joke. Tried to call a order in and the call kept saying use the app. Went in and out was all kinds of disorganized. All the app orders where all over the place. Waited 30 mins and all they did was throw fresh cheese on an old pizza that is stale tasting, all the sauce is at the top where the crust is. Non of this is fresh at all. Its been sitting for HOURS you can literally TASTE how long its been sitting. Then they didnt give us the marinara sauce for the crazy bread. We just refused to come back for it. Once we realized because we just wanted to leave. My husband was going to ask for a refund but then the food came out right as he was heading up to ask and we said screw it.

Terrible service. Husband waited 1/2 hour for order (not an on-line order). Staff at the front LOST HIS ORDER. Manager never apologized nor did he offer a percentage off or free pizza for the inconvenience. We will never order from here again. Zero stars arent offered and zero stars is what is deserved.

Literally the most disgusting place I've ever been. We come here often, I keep trying to give them a chance, but we're at a HIGH 98% of how absolutely disgusting this place is. Pizza is always a sponge with zero sauce. Today we had the added effect of being completely burnt. Lockers aren't working and the crew never posted a sign or told anyone during the dinner rush. We were all confused and were lucky enough to be told while the already awful pizza sat getting colder and colder. No more chances. Do not go here.

This is the worst little Caesars I've ever been to. They never get the order right. They never have enough staff to get things moving and the ones that are working are hiding out back talking to each other as if they dont have a long line going out the door. The pizza is always cold and hard. I would not waste my $ here.

Just left after waiting over 45 minutes after being quoted over the phone 15-20 minutes. Not only was my order not ready, but, it was wrong. Tyler was rude. All he could say was we are just busy right now. Totally understandable, but, he handled the busy situation so poorly in fact that myself amongst many other customers overheard Tyler say' " We need to hurry up and get these people the hell out of here!" I ended up getting a refund and leaving. Nothing was done to rectify this. Will not be coming back any time soon. Tyler, you have much to learn on the field of Customer Service.
